A packed week for The New Movement. On Monday you joined us downtown for our free class and improv jam. Last night you packed the Factory to see Stupid Time Machine and the Level 2 TNM students. Today, good friends, we assure you the fun does not have to stop. Here are two great shows to help you get through the rest of the week:
Thursday, Dec 9th (8:00pm)

Awkward Headbutt Presents:
Rotolo’s Pizzeria, 514 S Rampart
Awkward Headbutt, one of TNM Nola’s premier teams, will be serving up hot improv goodness in their latest show, A Discussion of Contemporary Robot Psychology. So for those of you who are having trouble understanding, relating to, and loving your robot, please feel fee to join the rest of the TNM family as we pack into Rotolo’s Pizzeria, load up on pizza and beer, and laugh our human asses of.
Friday, Dec 10th (11:00pm)
STM plays at Buffalo Exchange Recycled Fashion Show
The Eiffel Society, 2040 St Charles Ave

On December 10th, STM has been asked to perform at the Buffalo Exchange Recycled Fashion Show. Here are 3 reasons why you CANNOT miss this.
1.) You are a home-made hipster. Rather than hoitie toitie high fashion, this show will feature apparel from the hipster paradise Buffalo Exchange. With styling by Unmade and Slow Southern Style, it offers a down to earth chance to celebrate fashion without having to smoke long porcelain filtered cigarettes and fake a European accent.
2.) You’ve never heard of a fashion show/comedy act.
There are some combinations (ie Banana and Peanut Butter Sandwiches; Jon Favreu’s new movie Cowboys and Aliens) that sound so crazy that you HAVE to experience them…just to see. A fashion show/ comedy act is just one of those things.
3.) Its for a good cause. Unlike our accidental performance last year at the March to Promote Homelessness, this years event is something to be proud of. Portions of the proceeds go to the Freret Neighborhood Center.

Loved seeing y’all perform at Scott and I’s I Heart Southern Style event back in October. So glad y’all fell victim to yet another one of my little projects.
See ya Friday night.
